The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorised the marketing of several tobacco-flavoured e-cigarette products from Logic Technology Development, under the brands Logic Power and Logic Pro.
But the FDA also issued marketing denial orders for other products from the same company, owned by Japan Tobacco International (JTI), which must be removed or subject to enforcement action. The FDA stated that further premarket tobacco product applications (PMTAs) for Logic’s additional products, including menthol, remain under the agency’s review.
