WHO: ‘undoubtedly harmful’ e-cigarettes should be regulated against reduced-risk claims

A new report by the World Health Organization (WHO) questions the role of tobacco-alternative products as a successful cessation smoking tool, and urges countries to “impede” their promotion and uptake by non-smokers.
