US - South Carolina: Senate Bill 1129 has been introduced. The bill redefines e-liquid to be nicotine-containing products only. The bill would prohibit the sale and distribution of a flavoured vapour product, which would include all flavours except tobacco and menthol. The sale of any vapour products that have been granted a premarket tobacco application and the transportation of flavoured vapour products within the state intended for sale in another state would be exempt from this provision. This bill would provide for the formation of a vapour product dispensary.
