UK’s public health establishment mostly welcomes NICE guidance on e-cigs

The British public health sector has broadly welcomed the updated guidance from the UK’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), regarding it as a win for those who believe in the effectiveness of e-cigarettes in helping smokers quit.
