Up to now, Chile has had one of the toughest regimes in the world for e-cigarettes – but that could be about to change under an incoming government with a different approach.

A bill to legalise nicotine e-cigarettes, proposed by president-elect Gabriel Boric, is currently being considered. This report outlines both the present regulations and those we can expect to be introduced under the new administration.
