France officially joins Belgium as the second EU country to ban disposables

The French Senate has finally approved the law banning disposable vapes. This officially makes France the second EU country to implement such a measure, after Belgium, where the ban formally came into force in January.

On 23rd January, the joint committee responsible for shaping the legislation approved a bill amending the Code of Public Health to enforce the ban.
