Belarus: e-cigarette regulation, July 2023

In the coming years, it is possible that product and packaging rules for nicotine products change slightly due to a regulation that will be adopted under the umbrella of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The regulation is under member states’ consideration and it is still unknown when it will be adopted.
