Chile: e-cigarette regulation, January 2024

All e-cigarettes will be subject to the tobacco regime in Chile, pursuant to a law approved in October 2023. The new law will enter into force once the Ministry of Health issues the developing decree, which will need to happen by January 2025, at the latest.
