ECigIntelligence has learned that the authorities are satisfied with Elf Bar’s response and that there was no need for a mandatory recall as the company acted quickly to recall the product with retailers. Elf Bar confirmed that it was not the subject of any formal recall or withdrawal notice issued by regulators.
