Action against disposable e-cigarettes continues in the US, with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issuing warning letters to 30 retailers over sales of the popular Puff and Hyde brands.
The letters form part of the FDA’s continued efforts to stop the sale of unauthorised vaping products in the US market – effectively all products currently on sale as only a few have been given permission under the FDA’s pre-market tobacco application (PMTA) system.
