Hungary: e-cigarette regulation, September 2023

The law on the protection of non-smokers, consumption and sale of tobacco products regulates different vapour products and public place usage. It introduced mandatory common notification, restricted sale and advertising, and also laid down sanctions for non-compliance. Legislation addresses all e-cigarettes but only nicotine-containing refills, leaving nicotine-free refills largely unregulated
