Imperial looks towards vape store sector with a stake in Cosmic Fog

Cosmic Fog Vapors is the latest e-cig independent to come into the fold of Big Tobacco, with Fontem Ventures, a subsidiary of Imperial Brands, acquiring a minority equity stake in the California-based company.

Fontem CEO Titus Wouda Kuipers said: “We see a great opportunity to learn from their expertise, particularly in the vape shop sales channel.”
