New rules step beyond the TPD: Netherlands regulatory report

In our latest look at the Dutch regulations, we find that The Netherlands recently decided to go beyond the TPD, regulating nicotine-free e-cigs fully in the same way as nicotine containing ones. Companies have a transitional period of one year from 1 July to bring their nicotine-free products already on the market in line with the new requirements.
