Njoy turns the table on Juul in patent war, filing ITC complaint and federal lawsuit

Njoy has gone on the offensive in its patent battle with Juul Labs over Njoy’s Ace device and the Ace pods.

The subsidiary of Altria Group recently filed complaints with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) and in the federal District of Delaware alleging Juul is infringing two patents used in Njoy’s Ace device and the Ace pods. Juul already has similar claims pending with the ITC, as well as the federal district of Arizona.
