Philippines: e-cigarette regulation, January 2023

The Vaporised Nicotine and non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act entered into force in August 2022 in the Philippines, but it will start applying 18 months after its Implementing Rules and Regulations are effective. It regulates both nicotine-containing and nicotine-free e-cigarettes similarly.
