Belgium’s product-specific regulation for e-cigarettes places severe restrictions on areas such as retail, labelling and packaging, advertising and products, and while non-nicotine products are less strictly regulated, they still must abide by specific regulations. Furthermore, there is a bill that is currently in parliament which seeks to ban e-liquid flavours, a bill that ECigIntelligence believes has a high chance of success.
