Reasons still no clearer in wake of FDA approval of Njoy menthol e-cig products

As the smoke from the unexpected approval of Njoy’s menthol e-cigarette products continues to dissipate, it is no clearer whether the decision by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was down to science or politics.

For its part, the FDA insists its decision was solely influenced by the science presented in support of Njoy’s premarket tobacco product application (PMTA).
