E-cigarette products are regulated as tobacco products within the scope of the Law Restricting the Use of Tobacco Products, adopted in December 2017. It establishes smoke-free public spaces and a ban on advertising, promotion and sponsorship of tobacco products and e-cigarettes. This report offers an overview of the current regulatory framework for e-cigarettes in Azerbaijan, covering all areas from labelling and packaging restrictions, sanctions and taxation to advertising, retail and public usage.
