Regulatory report: Paraguay, April 2020

E-cigarettes are considered as tobacco products in Paraguay. Decision 630/2019 is the only regulation intended specifically for e-cigarettes, and although the government is developing regulations, this has been delayed due to COVID-19. This report provides an overview of the existing regulation in the country, with information relating to all aspects of the law from public usage, notification and age restrictions, to labelling and marketing, product restrictions and advertising.
