UK ASA rules against using affiliate programmes to promote vape products

Vaping brands effectively cannot use affiliate referral systems to promote their products in the UK, according to a series of rulings by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

The ASA ruled on three vaping websites that promoted their affiliate programmes as part of a wider piece of work based off intelligence gathered by the ASA. The three brands concerned were JAC Vapour, Juicemate and Apollo Vapes.
