Canada revives plans to impose national e-cig flavour ban amid fierce opposition

Canada’s vape industry is gearing up for a battle as the federal government revives plans to impose nationwide restrictions on flavoured vaping products.

Darryl Tempest, executive director of the Canadian Vaping Association, expects the government to publish final regulations in June restricting flavours and predicts it will face a class action suit filed by users of vaping products.
