Certain changes to Egypt’s regulatory framework for e-cigarettes are expected in the short term. Three regulations have been drafted by the Egyptian Organization for Standards and Quality (EOS), pertaining to device safety and retail.
The authorities will be focusing on implementing the new regulatory framework for e-cigarettes, fighting the black market and enabling local e-cig production.
