FDA cracks down on Esco Bars and Elf Bar with warning letters in compliance ‘blitz’

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has sent warning letters to 189 retailers as part of its continued efforts to police sales of Elf Bar and Esco Bars disposable vapes.

The letters form part of an overall US federal action to regulate disposable e-cigarettes.
