6th June 2024: US - New Jersey: S3372 has been introduced. This bill would prohibit delivering electronic smoking devices and other tobacco products to a residence without first obtaining the signature of an individual who is at least 21.
21st June 2022: US - New Jersey: Assembly Bill 4316 has been introduced, which would prohibit the use of e-cigarettes and tobacco products by drivers engaged in delivery of food.
30th May 2022: US - New Jersey: Bill A 1989, which would prohibit the sale of menthol cigarettes and the sale or distribution of flavoured electronic smoking devices and related products, has been scheduled for a hearing on 2nd June 2022 in the Assembly Health Committee.
23rd May 2022: New Jersey: Senate Bill S 2667 has been introduced. It would prohibit the sale of menthol cigarettes and the sale or distribution of e-cigarettes and related products in all flavours but for tobacco.
