Morocco: e-cigarette regulation, January 2024

Currently, there is no law regulating the vaping sector in Morocco, but this may change soon. To date, the only regulated area is taxation, which was introduced by the government in 2020.

This report provides an comprehensive guide to the current and possible future regulations for e-cigarettes in Morocco
