Polish government prepares to unveil bill to ban disposable e-cigarettes in Q3 2025

As part of its efforts to cut alternative tobacco product sales in Poland, the country’s Ministry of Health is advancing plans to ban nicotine-containing and nicotine-free single-use vapes.

Under the plan, the Council of Ministers will adopt a relevant bill developed by the Health Ministry in the third quarter of 2025, the Polish government said in a statement. Following this, the legislation will be submitted to the country’s parliament for further legislative work.
