Although not yet an EU member, Albania – to an extent – replicated the EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) into domestic law in 2019 through the amendment to the Law on the Protection of Health from Tobacco Products. Albanian legislation regulates only nicotine-containing e-liquids.
