E-liquid cartridges with flavours other than tobacco or menthol are to be effectively excluded from the US market at the end of this month. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said Thursday that it would focus its short-term enforcement efforts on two categories of e-cigarette products: cartridges with flavours apart from tobacco and menthol, and any products that are targeted at minors or whose marketing seems likely to encourage use by minors.
