New UK study finds an effective combo for quitting smoking using e-cigarettes

Flavour advice in combination with regular supportive text messages has been shown to be the most effective method for helping people remotely to quit smoking using vaping, a new study has found.

The UK-based study examined the performance of various methods of remote help and advice provided to smokers looking to quit with e-cigarettes. None were particularly effective on their own at delivering a result of four smoke-free weeks.
