Canadian health minister’s concern over youth vaping not enough to pass laws

Canada’s health minister says he is deeply concerned by the rise in youth vaping and is actively working on plans to restrict flavoured vaping products.

Testifying before a parliamentary committee on 1st November, Mark Holland said he shared the concerns expressed by an opposition member of Parliament who asked why the federal government has still not acted two years after it first proposed to regulate the sale of flavoured vaping products.
